The Secretary of State for Transport, Heidi Alexander, has granted a temporary exemption to the requirement for FAME blended into diesel to have less than 10 ppm sulphur.  As of today, FAME used in blending in to make B7 can have a sulphur level above 10ppm, provided the final fuel does not exceed the 10ppm sulphur limit.
