We didn’t agree with Q 62, and said proposed low carbon fuels projects should also be listed, and that fuelling infrastructure and driver welfare needed to be considered in new freight and logistics infrastructure planning applications.

We said renewable and low carbon fuels projects should be considered as nationally important infrastructure (Q63) and explained why.

We agreed that large onshore wind projects should be reintegrated into the NSIP regime (Q72)

We said No to Q 73, as the proposed changes to the NPPF to give greater support to renewable and low carbon energy made no mention of transport, only electricity generation and heat.
